Terms and conditions

These terms apply to any transfer booked with TAXI4YOU through the site, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Booking implies acceptance of these terms.

A request sent through the site is not a firm booking. It becomes firm on receipt of our confirmation by WhatsApp or email, sent within 2 hours. The confirmation restates the date, time, destination, vehicle and price.

Prices are given in euros, per vehicle and per one way trip. They include the driver, fuel, tolls, the meet and greet at the airport and 60 minutes of waiting after landing. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash, in euros or in dirhams at the day's rate.

Beyond 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing, a surcharge of 10 € per hour or part thereof may be requested. A detour or a long stop not planned when booking is charged at a price agreed before it is made.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Less than 24 hours before, or if the customer does not show up at the airport without notice, the price of the trip remains payable.

A cancelled or delayed flight reported before pick-up leads to a rescheduling at no cost.

TAXI4YOU undertakes to provide the booked vehicle or a vehicle of equivalent capacity at the agreed time. If we are unable to do so, the customer is informed as early as possible and refunded any amount paid. TAXI4YOU is not liable for a missed flight resulting from a pick-up time chosen by the customer too close to take-off; we recommend 3 hours before an international flight.

Passengers are covered by the vehicle's passenger transport liability insurance.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Agadir have jurisdiction.
