At the airport
›Where does the driver wait for me at Agadir airport?
In the public arrivals hall, just after the customs exit, with a Taxi4you sign bearing your name. Al Massira airport has only one terminal, so you cannot miss him.
›What happens if my flight is late?
The driver tracks your flight using the number given when booking. He arrives for the actual landing and waits up to 60 minutes at no extra cost.
›And if my flight is cancelled or postponed to the next day?
Let us know on WhatsApp as soon as you find out. We move the transfer free of charge.
›How long does it take to get out of the airport?
Allow 30 to 45 minutes between landing and the exit, passport control and baggage included. The 60 minutes of waiting included cover this time.
›I cannot find the driver, what should I do?
Call or message us on WhatsApp at +212 661 576 343. The driver will reach you within a few minutes.
Prices and payment
›Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. 18 € for a Tucson to Agadir, whether you are one or four.
›How do I pay?
To the driver, at the end of the trip, in cash, in euros or in dirhams at the day's rate. No deposit, no online payment.
›Is there a night surcharge?
No. The price is the same 24 hours a day, weekends and public holidays included.
›Are tolls and fuel included?
Yes, including the motorway to Marrakech.
›Should I leave a tip?
It is not expected. If you enjoyed the service, the driver will appreciate it.
Booking and cancellation
›How far in advance should I book?
The day before is usually enough. In high season, from December to April and in July and August, book a few days ahead for the minibuses.
›Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up, by WhatsApp or email. Less than 24 hours before, the trip remains payable.
›Will I receive the driver's name?
Yes, the day before the trip, with his phone number and the vehicle's registration plate.
›Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveller's name in the name field, as that is the name written on the sign.
Vehicles and luggage
›Do you have child seats?
Yes, baby seat, child seat and booster, at no extra cost. Give the children's ages in the remarks.
›How many suitcases can I bring?
Three large suitcases in the Tucson, five in the Tourneo Connect, eight in the Transit, seventeen in the Sprinter, plus hand luggage.
›Do you take surfboards and bikes?
Yes, in the Tourneo Connect, the Transit and the Sprinter. Mention it in the remarks so we send the right vehicle.
›Are pets allowed?
Small animals in a carrier, yes. Mention it when booking.
›Are the vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all of them.
